We welcome qualified felines and canines. The pet fee is $300 (non-refundable). Pet rent is $20 per month, $20 for additional pet. Maximum of two pets per apartment. Aggressive breeds are prohibited which are: Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully.
